What is our Warranty?
Different brands carry different warranty periods, ranging from 12 months to five years.

WHAT can be returned?

If an instrument arrives damaged or faulty in any way it may be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange.
If an instrument develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period it may be returned for repair or exchange at the discretion of the manufacturer

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any instrument that arrives faulty or damaged must be returned within 14 days

HOW do customers return items?
In the event of an item which arrives damaged or faulty we will arrange a return label for you. All you will need to do is attach the label and drop the item into the closest post office. No postage will be payable

SHIPPING for returns
Shire Music covers the cost of return shipping only in the case of an item that arrives damaged or faulty. For all other warranty returns freight is payable by the customer.

CREDIT for returns
If you select refund the payment will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account

Instore return option
Items can also be returned to us at 593 Kingsway Miranda, NSW 2228 during normal business hours.

Packing materials
Any item being returned must be in original packaging and original condition
